Also regarding PICK UP: We make a concerted effort to schedule our pick up times to accommodate as many schedules as possible and we do always include a late day pick up. Please make every effort to keep this schedule as we are not always at our facility for pop-ins. We do whatever we can to allow for extenuating circumstances. We would like to avoid having to consider beginning to charge storage fees for no-shows or late pick ups. Please work with us on this!!!
Terms:	Preview: Friday May 17th 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday May 19 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Closing: Sunday May 19th, 7:00 p.m. Pickup 1: Monday May 20th from 10:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m. Pickup 2: Tuesday May 21st from 12:00 noon til 7:00 p.m. Payment: Cash / Credit (NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED) Buyer's Premium: 13.5% plus taxes... All cash buyers will receive a 3.5% discount on their buyers premiums.
Directions:	"Rusty by Design's showroom is located in beautiful Rowlett, TX, at Lake Ray Hubbard. Rowlett is 20 minutes east of Dallas, and our easy to find facility is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the George Bush Turnpike off of Highway 66. *Please bring your own packing material and boxes for smalls and glassware. If you are tax exempt and did not provide me with a HARD COPY at last auction, I will need a hard copy for my records to remove the tax from your invoice, just the number is not sufficient.*
